Questions restaurants ask.

If yours is not here, email support@budgetbro.co and a person will answer.

The money

What do you take from each order?

Nothing. We are not a marketplace — the customer pays you directly, in your restaurant, on your own terms. We never see the transaction, so there is no cut to take.

What am I paying for, then?

Reach, and only if you want it. A free listing shows your deals to people within ten miles. Boosted widens that and moves you above the cook-at-home sections; Featured puts you first in your city. Everything else — posting deals, seeing your numbers, pulling anything — is free on every tier.

Is there a contract or a cancellation fee?

No. Move up or down whenever you like, and back to free at no cost. Nothing auto-renews into a term.

Your deals

Why does my deal need approving?

BudgetBro tells people what they can afford today. A price inside that has to be one somebody checked. Approval is usually same-day, and you can pull a deal yourself at any moment without asking us.

Can I change a deal after posting it?

Yes. If it is already live, changing the price, title or dates sends it back for a quick re-check. Shortening the end date takes effect immediately — that is how you say “we ran out” without waiting on us.

How long can a deal run?

Up to 90 days, then post it again. That is deliberate: a deal nobody has looked at in six months is how a budgeting app ends up quoting a price that is no longer real.

What happens when a deal is about to end?

We email you three days before, so you can post it again without a gap. That is the one email you can switch off in settings.

What you can and cannot see

How do I know it worked?

The portal shows, for the last 30 days, how many times each deal was shown, how many people tapped it, and how many saved it — with a per-day chart and the share of viewers who tapped.

Will you tell me who saw my deal?

No, and we could not if we wanted to. The numbers are stored as daily counts with no person attached — no name, no account, no device, no location. That is a deliberate choice about how the data is shaped, not a policy we could quietly change our minds about.

Will you tell me what they could afford?

Never. Knowing that the people who saw your deal had $9 left would make this a different product. It is not one we want to build.

Getting set up

How do you know my restaurant is mine?

We give you a claim code out of band — on the phone, or in writing to the restaurant’s own address. Signing in with an email proves you read that inbox; the code is what proves you run the place. Treat it like a key.

Do I need a password?

No. We email you a sign-in link. Nothing to invent, nothing to forget, nothing for us to lose.

My restaurant is not listed.

Email support@budgetbro.co and we will add you and send a claim code.

I run two locations.

Claim each one with its own code. They appear separately in the portal, with their own deals, numbers and settings.
